Green Horizon Renewables (GHR) is a Prague based Private Equity firm focused on investments in renewable energy across Europe. GHR is a part of a group of family office PE firms including BHM Group (High-tech industry PE), Verdi Capital (Asset management and PE) and Bohemia Venture Capital (Tech Start-up VC), which enables GHR to utilize expertise of the larger team.
Established in 2015, GHR has made several investments and holds a 55MW+ portfolio of operating solar and wind assets. Recently, GHR has acquired a major share in Winda Power Oy, a leading developer of wind farms in Finland, and is in process of developing a portfolio of 240 MW wind farms, with an ultimate goal of developing, constructing, and operating assets throughout the Nordic countries.

A graduated nuclear physicist, Robert previously worked as a FEM analyst in Mercedes Benz, as a team leader in R&D of Robert Bosch and as a scientist in the Czech Institute of Nuclear Fuels
Focuses on transaction execution, corporate governace, and on sourcing and assessment of new investment opportunities in solar and wind energy. Michal also holds a position in the Board of Directors in Winda Power Oy.
Previously worked as an analyst in the high-tech industry team of BHM Group, as a consultant at A.T. Kearney and as an economic analyst of the British Embassy in Prague
Lucie is mainly focusing on the day-to-day operation of Finnish wind farm projects and on the assessment of new investment opportunities.
She gained experience in finance department at Citibank and as a tax and accounting consultant for Czech SME’s. Holds degrees in business administration and international law.
With a mission to expand GHR's presence in the Nordic region, Tuomas develops relationships with Nordic energy sector stakeholders and originates investment across the area. Tuomas also facilitates the strategic development of GHR’s Finnish portfolio, supporting transactions and operational improvements
Previously, Tuomas has worked in consulting and strategy roles with organisations varying from SMEs and energy majors to national defence forces. He holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
GHR holds a diversified portfolio of solar and wind assets accross Central and Northern Europe. The assets are in various stages of investment, i.e. development projects and operating plants, which allows GHR to use its expertize throughout their investment lifecycle.
